Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Head

My husband has been suffering from severe pain from head to toe going on its 3rd month. His joints and tissues particularly. He has been to the Dr. and blood tests have shown nothing. This is a man who never complains about anything so I know it is not in his head which seems to be the Dr. attitude.
