My wife 49years old. She hasbeen suffering long time as an arthirits problem.but now she canot move,sitting.local Dr. Advice me to remove hip joint.her HBL27positive.what can l do .suggest me how much cost hip joint replacement.Dulal Das,Agtartala.Tripura.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan.
