Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Hips And Elbow

I have severe pain in the area over point of my hip bones and elbows. There have been no injuries to these areas. I spend a lot of time lying down. Especially on my sides and tend to sleep on my sides. Because of previous injuries to my spine with spinal cord ingagements in my neck and lower back. What can ido, what is it?

Hello,

Pain can be due to many causes. Kindly do your ESR, CRP, RA factor. If it seems to be high, then it can be arthritis. You have to meet a physiotherapist and learn exercises.
