Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Hips

I had a lightening bolt of pain by where the leg meets the hip, or where the small intestines or uterus seems to be, on the right lower side-below the waist. I do alot of sitting and weigh about 145 lbs. Could this be from lower jean syndrome, or midrise jeans? These jeans do sit at my waist but tighter than normal.

Hello,

As this pain will be due to the tightness of the muscles happening due to clothing. You need to wear loose clothing and also do simple stretches to the hip and waist. Also, doing simple hip strengthening exercises along with core stability should help ease the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
