Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Left Buttocks

I am a 61 years old female. When I lay down at night I have pain in my left buttock. I thought for awhile it was my hip but it really is in my butt cheek. I have noticed once in awhile a pain in That area when walking but it really does bother me most at night when I am trying to get comfortable to fall asleep. I would appreciate your opinion. Thanks

Are you over weight? Apply relaxyl on site. If pain is unbearable take a pain killer, besides icy hot / hot fomentation. Avoid lifting heavy weights.
