Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Lower Abdominal Area

i have had severe pain in my lower R ab area and in my lower R side even going into my lower R back area and all through that whole side of body, it has been intense sharp pain and I have thrown up several times and w/ major nausea and tummy pains....i am researching this online and see some things but what does this sound like to you?

Dear patient,

I do understand your concern.

According to what you have written I think you have appendicitis.

I would highly reccommend that you go to the emergency room. Normally they will fo blood analysis and ultrasonography-abdominal echo to confirm the diagnose.
Id the diagnose is confirmed you have to undergo appendectomi- the removal of appendix.
