Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Lower Left Abdominal Area

Hi. I had severe pain in my lower left abdomen region today, which has since lessened and even gone away. However, on a scale of 1-10, it was a good 8, though I am very pain tolerant. In addition, it feels like electric shock urges to urinate, not like a normal urge. Most of the time, I do not have to go. The right side is not affected at all. When I wipe, there is a trace of pink coloration, but I am definitely beyond mensis. I am 54 years old and started menopause at age 42. Thank you for helping, Susanna

Welcome mam
It seems a small kidney stone may have passed through ureter and would have been there at the opening of urethra, Because you didn't mention the was it cholic(on off) type pain. Which is kidney stone characteristic.
Please visit the Urologist and also get an USG done to rule out any assistance
