You are suffering from
severe pain at the back of your neck, when you try to move your neck it hurts. You are also having pain in the lower back. Your symptoms may be due to many factors like
muscle strain, aging, stress, trauma, inflammatory disease, infections,
osteoporosis, RA, OA,
spondylosis etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined by an orthopedist. Get physical examination, blood tests, bone scan, X-ray done. Get MRI and EMG if required done. You will be treated accordingly.
If diabetic, control your blood sugar level at all cost. In the meantime, avoid smoking, taking alcohol or addictions if any. To get rid of pain take Combiflam or Naproxen, one stat when pain is severe. Take medicine after taking food. You should get connected to a Physical therapist, massage, stretch exercises, regular walking, warm or cold compress are helpful. If obese loose weight, maintain healthy weight. Treatment given is commonly a combination of conservative with
physical therapy. surgery may be recommended when response to treatment is not good.
