Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Pelvic Area

Hi, I ve been having pain in the pelvic area which comes and goes pretty much daily, often accompanied by constipation (so I know it s not just ovulation pain). I also have bad menstrual cramps when menstruating (if that helps). Can you tell me what this might be? Thanks

It can be pelvic inflammatory disease provided you have thorough check up with gynecologist. . Or other conditions also possible
