Hello,

As per your clinical history is concerned, please follow like this -

1) Do a clinical examination by your doctor [Ortho] and to know exact cause do an MRI scan.

2) Discuss with your doctor about [corticosteroid] to manage pain and do physiotherapy regularly.

Do follow lifestyle modifications like this-

1) Do exercise regularly, and exercise can increase your endurance and strengthen the muscles around your joint, making your joint more stable.

2) Try walking, biking or swimming. If you feel new joint pain, stop.

3) Try to lose weight.

4) Use heat and cold to manage pain.

5) Apply over-the-counter pain creams.

6) Discuss with your doctor if you need any assistive devices.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
