General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, arthritis knows knee can lead to baker's cysts which may cause blood clotting problems.

CT or MRI and orthopedic surgeon review needed for any surgical intervention may be sought.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
