General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be due to conditions like pharyngitis (inflammation in the throat),

Consult a general practitioner and start antibiotics preferably amoxclav.

Do warm saline gargles for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist you can consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
