Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Toe After Injury

About one hour ago I fell down the stairs and I don t know why but the only thing that got injured was my toe. It was bleeding very heavily but after putting pressure on it for awhile it stopped and then I wrapped it in a tight bandage. My toes aches very badly right now and it is a throbbing pain. What is going on with my toe?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Pain is due to the trauma during the injury or sometime stress facture.
Take following advises:
Take ibuprufen and tablet containing seritopeptidase for 3-5 days.
Take proper rest and dressing of the toes with the betadine.
If pain not resolves then go for Xray to rule out the fracture.
If pain is sever then take opiod group of drug (tramadol).
Hope this will help you
