Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Upper Back
I have pain in my upper back, most painful lying down. It s as if my shoulders are constantly slouching forward and I cannot relax them, they are so tense. Even when standing or sitting I feel the tension and I try to straighten my posture and force my shoulders back.

I think you may be suffering from a cervical spine issue possible spondylitis. You may need to do an X-ray of the spine to check it's conditioning.
Meanwhile, you can use anti-inflammatory drugs such as Advil or acetaminophen. Try to have rest and keep a position where it doesn't hurt.
