Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Uterus Area
I got 10 months treatment by the doctor Sist i.e. disturbance in harmones. Doctor prescribed PRIMOLATE-N, CATRIAD, SINGOBIAN & GLUCOFAGE tablets which I used regularly. I also lost my weight about 6Kg in this time period. Unfortunately, PRIMOLATE-N left some side effects on my body besides curing my sist issue. now when I stopped taking this tablet Im facing the same issues causes the sist formation again and I have a severe pain in my uterus specially in my periods. This time doctor diagnosed that it might be the issue with the muscles. what do u suggest?

First of all, you should have told me your height and weight. It is important in this case.
If you have cyst, you need to do the following tests:
1. Lower Abdomen USG (for pointing out the exact location of cyst and if possible determining the size)
2. When you will have next period, on the Day 2, Please do these following blood test: FSH, LH, Estrogen, Progesterone
3. Thyroid Function Test (T3, T4, TSH)
4. Serum Ferritin
5. Complete Blood Count
6. Liver Function Test (You have taken progesterone for months. I need to see your liver status)
7. Fasting Blood Glucose
Now, I would like to ask you some questions:
1. Do any of your family member had cyst operation in the past?
2. Do you drink alcohol or smoke?
3. Do you have vaginal secretion?
4. Any kind of secretion from breast?
Meanwhile, you can do for the pain:
1. You can take NSAID like Ibuprofen
2. Dicyclomine hydrochloride can be taken
3. If NSAID cause abdominal heartburn, please take pantoprazole before taking NSAID
4. You can use Volini like ointments at the back for getting relief.
The most important thing is to do the tests. Then, a good treatment plan can be made.
