Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain, Nausea And Vomiting

Hi my husband had shock wave lithotripsy for kidney stones yesterday. They said they pulverized them. He has been in severe pain to the point of screaming (and he has a high pain tolerance), constant nausea and vomiting, diaphoretic, and extreme exhaustion. He is on zofran 8mg q6 and 1-2 Percocet 5/325 every 4-6. Neither meds are helping. Is this normal? How long should this last? He s stubborn but do I need to take him to the ED?
