General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

From your description, I am of the opinion that all your symptoms are typical of pleural effusion.

You should have an x-ray done ( CT scan will be better to measure the amount of fluid). pleurocenetesis may be required. You should consult a local respiratory medicine specialist for the above procedure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ashish Ranjan, General & Family Physician
