Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain While On Ketoprofen
I have just been perscribed Ketoprofen 50 mg. for a knot about the size of a quarter - 50 cent piece on my upper leg that is causing me a lot of pain. There is no fever in the knot but it has increased in size since I first noticed it a week ago. What is your opninion on this treatment?

Ketoprofen is an anti inflammatory agent and also helps with pain relief.
The knot/mass may be related to spasm of the tissue in that area, the ketoprofen would help relieve the inflammation associated with this and would also help to decrease your pain.
You may need a muscle relaxer if this by itself is not enough.
