General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the severe pain with difficulty in speaking may be indicative of central nervous system lesion, over dose of oxycodone or others.

Rather than searching for online support, it is matter of emergency consultation and I would strongly recommend you to call 911 for further assistance.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
