General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
Snorting Adderall in over dose can cause risky brain complications. It can cause maxillary sinus problems leading to inflammation, infection &even abscess. Blockage of eustachian tube following maxillary sinus infection, can cause your symptoms. It's good you are going to consult ENT doctor. He is proper person to solve your problem. You can try inhaling vapor, it may give you some relief till then.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
