Suggest Treatment For Severe Radiating Pain In The Lower Back

hello,I ve been having lower back pain and the pain radiates to my left side and leg,mostly left groin/and flank area.Difficult to sleep as turning over is painful..Was constipated but had a bowel movement this am. and was better initially,but pain in side started again. Have a loop in my bowel on the left side if that means anything.

Lower back pain radiating to legs could be cause by medical conditions like
-lumbar osteoarthritis
-disc herniation
-sciatica
-metastasis of osteophilic cancer
-fracture....
-Infections like pot's disease
Treatment options for such pains may include:Treatment options for such pain may include: different lines of pain drugs depending on pain intensity, myorelaxants, steroid shot occasionally, physiotherapy, surgery.Many of these options may be recommended at a time depending on pain intensity and underlying cause.I will suggest you see a Rheumatologist for examination and work-ups.You may need test like a low back X ray or a low back CT scan or MRI.These will help to identify the cause of the pain.I will advise you try the following:
*Rest well
*Take a pain drug like aceclofenac
*A myorelaxant like miorel
*Have your weight under check
*Eat well and take enough fluids and fruits to help in transit
Then see your Doctor to investigate the exact cause of your pain.Other treatment options may be proposed by your Doctor including hiring the services of a Physiotherapist.
