Suggest Treatment For Severe Rectal Bleeding And Pain
I am having rectal bleeding and severe pain just inside my rectum. Several days prior I also had severe pain to the outside and what appeared to be open sores. Fever ranging from low grade to 102.6 accompanied this. When I have a bowel movement it is excruciating...my rectum retches as if vomiting.

It is possible that you may have a fissure (laceration or cut) at the anal opening.
This would cause bleeding and pain.
It is also possible that there may ulcers to the area.
Either of these may be associated with infection which may cause fever.
It would be best to see your doctor for assessment of the lesions.
