Suggest Treatment For Severe Scoliosis

I am 42 and have severe scoliosis. I have a S shaped thoracolumbar.. T11 through L4 leftward measures approximately 47 degrees and T4 through L1 measures rightward 65 degrees what can I do? I don t want it to get worse or cause other problems... who would do surgery

Treatment in this case scenario is usually conservative if it's not affecting your everyday life, but if it is affecting your life then doctors might think of surgery , usually neurospinal surgeons along with orthopedic surgeons do this surgey and it can be done in steps, instead of in one go , portions of spine are operated after every 2-3 months, exact plan depends upon doctors. post surgery, follow up and physiotherapy are very important factors in the treatment. I would suggest you to visist a neurospinal surgeon and discuss treatment options along with pros and cons of the srugery.
