General & Family Physician 's  Response

Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns.
Based upon the description provided , it is most likely an muscular pain. Just stay calm and use painkillers for it.
Do not do exercise right now and if it persists then meet ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON and you may need to get an XRAY of the chest.
Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain
Get well soon
Hope your query is adequately addressed if you still have any feel free to ask
Regards
Dr Saad Sultan
