Suggest Treatment For Severe Shoulder Blade Pain

I have been having pain right behind my left shoulder blade, been going on for several months, seems to be getting worse, pain has gotten so bad at night I have to get up and sleep in the recliner, not as bad when I m sitting, I m taking ibuprofen 600 mg. 2x day, helped somewhat at first but don t seem to be helping anymore, I m 64 yrs old female and in good health ,

You have mentioned pain around your shoulder blade region since several months and which it seems is not responding to any medication right now.
Can you tell me if you remember the cause of onset of this pain, associated symptoms like swelling, skin discolouration, local warmth on touch etc?
Also what causes an increase in pain and what causes relief from it.
Also in terms of investigations, can you kindly tell me what has been done till now like X rays, MRI etc and blood tests so that other inflammatory and other causes can be ruled out.
Also such periscapular pains can be cause by fibromyalgia syndrome for which intensive exercises need to be done.

Kindly get back to me with investigations and other past treatment records/SOS
