Hello,

With history, it doesn't seem that you may have TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury).

Maybe due to the concussion injury to the brain, there will be a Stiff neck. Also, excessive dosage of Tylenol is not advised without having any examination as it can cause a fatal reaction.

I will advise for MRI brain and Cervical spine. Also, check for your GCS score (Glasgow Coma Score) so you will be able to figure out better whether its a TBI or not.

Stiff can be due to injury to the cervical spine which is common. As mentioned earlier, does not look like you will have a TBI, but MRI is guided to rule out any kind of soft tissue injury if any present.

Kindly avoid chiro for time being, as in acute stages this might interfere with the healing process of the body. Wait for MRI and take up the next call for neck and shoulder.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
