Hurt my back!
i haven't worked out a long time, today in the morning i started again.... i assumed up a light weight, above the shoulders over the head a couple of times, and as i stood up then, it started hurt really incrdible, between the shoulders but a little bit more above and lightly to the left....... if i put my head back or turn it to the side, it hurts really.... like a pulling.... if i lay down and trying to stand up its the same pain.... help me, whta should i do?!
