Suggest Treatment For Severe Sinus Infection And Loss Of Sense Of Taste

I am on Cefdinir 300mg for a bad sinus infection. I ve been taking 2 every 12 hours now for a week with a few more days to go. I have totally lost my sense of taste, I can tell hot and cold but everything tastes the same, just filling the need to eat. Is this normal? Will it return?
