Suggest Treatment For Severe Sore Throat

I had acute bronchittus (it started 4 weeks ago today with a very sore throat) Ended up in the ER because i couldn t breathe. During my illness, i threw up several times, so badly that there was some blood..about a week ago, my throat felt like there was something stuck - making swallowing harder and painful. NOW my chest hurts and my back hurt along with the continued pain in my throat. If I turn my head slightly, bend over, cough, eat, sit, or lay down, the pain worsens but only for about a minute, then it eases up..what the heck is wrong with me??

Hello,
Forceful vomiting can often cause the kind of bleeding you describe due to small tears in the esophagus (the tube with which we swallow). However, with your symptoms of pain your should certainly have an examination and chest x-ray to rule out pneumonia. another consideration would be to have a specialist have a look down your esophagus to ensure the tears (if they are their) are not serious.
