Suggest Treatment For Severe Spinal Discomfort

If I tilt my head just slightly back their is a great deal of discomfort on my upper spine between the shoulder bladeswhen I breathe in. I feel better as the day goes on moving around. But I get up in the middle of the night each day with the same pain

Your symptoms points towards either a muscular spasm or spondylosis both of which are painful. You require an MRI for exact localisation of lesion followed by hot fomentations and physiotherapy.
