Suggest Treatment For Severe Spinal Stenosis

I have moderate to severe spinal stenosis but never felt this bad. I woke up to severe pain when I move, walk, reach - feels like a nerve. It s a throbbing pain and if I m still for five minutes, it will calm down but the moment I move, IT HURTS LIKE HELL! barely could walk this morning but I had some old Norco and took that - seemed to help. What else should I do - go to dr? Or wait a bit?

I understand your concern and would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and a new spine MRI study. In the meantime, I would recommend wearing a lumbar brace. Pregabaline or Gabapentin would help improve your situation.
