Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Aches

hy doctor i was sick of typhoid for the past three months and went to my doctor for vaccination but yet still i fall sick of another sickness malaria now i have severe stomach ache and stomach noise i often go to the toilet please am afraid can u help me out

Hello,

I think you should do tested for hyperthyroidism because it is the main cause of nights sweating and weight loss.

Also, many other diseases and conditions can cause it such Hodgkin lymphoma, menopause and tamoxifen too that you are taking. Doing a total blood count is advisable.

Also, try to wear cotton clothes, sleep in the well-ventilated room and use conditioned air.
