Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic.
I have read your question and i can understand your concerns.

If i were treating you in my clinic i would have prescribed metoclopromide which is a gastro prokinetic agent and activates peristalsis.it can control your reflux and belching.
I would have suggested you take small meals at regular intervals instead of eating one big meal.
I would have suggested you to chew your food for quite sometime while closing your mouth so that minimal air enters your stomach through your mouth
I would have suggested to avoid carbonated drinks, sweets, beans and cabbages which are notorious for gas production.
I would have emphasised on the importance of physical exercise.
I would have suggested to take fibre diet ie fruits, vegetables, bran and ispaghol husk with plenty of water.
I would have prescribed tab flatulex which relieves gas production.
Constipation is also a major factor in production of gas .above mentioned things with stool softeners such as syrup cremaffin or lactulose syrup are hepful in this condition.

I would suggest you to meet family medicine specialist as these drugs are available on prescription.

Thanks.
Hope the answer is helpful.
Feel free to ask further questions.
