Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain And Vomiting

hello, sir my son was having stomachache from 15 days, we had consult the doctor too, it has come to control but from 3 dyas again he having pain evening time only if he try to have some food in evening onwards it sensation to vomit. . can you plese guide me to do something . Thank you

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Stomach pain since last 15 days is not normal.
I would suggest to consult the Gastroenterologist and undergo USG scan and routine blood tests to rule out the any pathology in the GI tract.
It could be due to gastroenteritis, bowel obstruction, inflammation of Gi tract, pancreatitis, appendicitis.
Specific treatment will depend on the result of USG
Meanwhile take following advises:
Tablet spasmax
Tablet pantoprazole and domperidone
Give lots of fluid to drink
parenteral injectiona nd Iv fluid can be used depend on the clinical status for faster relief.
