Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain

my stomach hurt real bad i go to sleep with stomach pain and wake up with the same pain also when ever my stomach hurt goose bumps take over my body also i have coronary heart disease am not on treatment is that have anything to do with that sharp stomach pain

Well come to HCM
The chances of hyperacidity may be likely, and this can be treated with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day, Tab Dicyclomine with Tab Acetaminophen three times in day, Tab Chlordiazepoxide three times in day, if he symptom does not improved then this need to be investigated, take care.
