General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As the pain is for one year, that can be due to chronic gastric ulcer gastritis, reflux-related disorder as achalasia, hiatus hernia or else.

You must get an upper GI endoscopy with an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis as primary tools of evaluation, rather than taking empiric analgesic medicines, which can worsen the underlying pathology in many cases.

And if you have reports available, immediately share with me on the same platform for further assistance. Till that time, avoid all spices, non veg, junk foods for best recovery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
