Suggest Treatment For Severe Stress And Sleeplessness

I am so stressed, i cant sleep at all. I have too much anxiety. Sleepless nights and days are taking a toll on my health. I have very high stress levels. I now have a feeling my heart is sinking. I have been to the doctor and ge says my body is healthy but stress levels yo high. What should I do, i am just so fed up.

it is most likely due to fascitiis but for confirmation u can get an xray or blood tests advised by your physician. and get your yourself examined 1st.
