Suggest Treatment For Severe Stress

Hi Doctor, My brother is a great person who has tolerated a lot of stress like domestic violence and parents fighting since he was 4. Today he is 28, and he is still struggling to graduate from college. This has become obsession for him due to which he had 2 pyschotic episodes, 1 immediately after fathers death and the other after 2 years due to stress of exams. Is this curable?
