Suggest Treatment For Severe Swelling Up Of The Ankles

Hello my name Is Scott Im from Long Island New York and I have a problem and a mystery to solve, well here nit goes... My left foot swelled up so bad that my ankle disappeared and I just have a crease also my right ankle swelled up too but not as severe. It is hard to even walk and I should have sought medical help. I am definitely going to an urgent care facility tomorrow morning the only reason I haven t went is that I still have feeling and can still wiggle my toes. The only thing I can think of is I work long Hours and worked at home in my basement after work so I have been on my feet for a long period of time. Another thing is there are spiders on my basement steps which I was constantly going up and down so im thinking it was a spider bite. a Friend told me about the brown recluse spider but I googled it and they don t seem native to my area and the swelling symptom didn t match. I felt some burning pain in a spot that looked like a bite but I only noticed that after the swelling and I m, not sure if that is when or if I got bit. Aldo I have been working with and cutting and grinding metal If that helps at all but this is all that I can think of that I was doing of leading up to it. If you can shed some light on this mystery I would be most appreciative and grateful. Also I am about to go down there and vacuum them up so I can see what Kind of spiders they are.
