Suggest Treatment For Severe Toe Pain

I recently was told that I tested positive for the B27 gene and positive for the ANA test. They also saw arthritis on my hip through an x-ray. No one seems to look enough at my toe. My second toe started hurting then swelling making it hard to walk. Now at times the whole foot tenses up and swells and turns very red almost purple. My second toe always hurts and is swollen and purple, any suggestions as to why? No one seems to be concerned I guess?

I have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns.
For how long you are suffering from it? Any other associated problem? like diabetes or hypertension? Are you running fever? Any other lymph node swelling in your body?
Based upon your history , in my opinion you should be looked for GOUT. there is need to get your URIC ACID levels along with RA factor. after then we will be offer you any treatment.
Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain
