Suggest Treatment For Severe Tongue Inflammation

My daughter has what appears to be inflammation on the rear, right underside of her tongue. The color of the tissue is red and puckered in the site but I notice that the other tissue (rear to front) has a yellowish caste. She is experiencing a lot of pain that is radiating through to her ear, throat, neck and right shoulder to arm. There is no indication of fever. I think I also spotted a small white head in the affected area.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that inflammation of tongue along with white head like pimple and pain seems to be due to Apthous Stomatitis causing Apthous Ulcers or Canker Sores..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
I would suggest you to take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen..
Do gargles will numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
You can do cool water rinses and suck ice..
Take Vitamin B complex supplements..
Avoid spicy and chilled foods..
Take a soft bland diet..
