Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that there can be a few cause for pain after crown cementation over the implant like:
1.Excessive pressure over the gums and the crown impinging over the gums can lead to pressure and pain..
2.There are high points over the crown which needs to be adjusted by trimming..
3.The cement used for cementing the crown can have some fragments deeply impacted in gums and even deeper leading to
allergic reaction and pain and pressure..
4.Last but not the least there are chances that the implant is failing..
At times a 3D
CT scan can throw light over the exact cause for the pain and an ORAL SURGEON or An IMPLATOLOGIST can make a correct diagnosis and do the necessary treatment..
Hope this information helps..
