Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe tooth pain which is due to fact that tooth has nerve and vascular supply that enter into it through the tips of its roots. Sometimes nerves leaving the ends of the roots lay across the floor of the sinus and it keeps on building pressure there and in oral cavity and throat. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to

- Do not eat hard and hot food and eat from other side .

- Do warm saline rinses on frequent basis.

- Take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain.

Start taking over the counter decongestants and prevent pressure from building. Visit oral physician once and start treatment after proper diagnosis. Maintain proper oral hygiene.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
