General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through your short description and I can understand your concerns.
As per your description it seems that you have UTI(urinary tract infection) and it does not shows any improvement with your home remedies.
I suggest you to consult a general practitioner and get the following things done:-
(1)- You have to do a urine routine examination and culture and sensitivity to choose the best antibiotics for you.
(2- You can use simple analgesics like acetaminophen(paracetamol) or ibuprofen for pain an fever.
(3)-Antibiotic therapy is essential. Norfloxacin is the commonly used drug and five to seven days treatment is needed.
(4)- Drink plenty of water, cranberry juice can be tried as it is a good urinary antiseptic.
(5)- Check your blood sugar level to rule out diabetis in case of recurrent UTI.
Most cases resolve with these measures and complications are less.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
