Suggest Treatment For Severe Vaginal Cramps While On Paragard IUD
I have Paragard IUD. My first period with it was awful. This time around is a bit different. While I m not having cramps, I m having frequent shooting pains in the depths of my vaginal canal, almost feeling like it extends to the rear. If I stand after sitting on vice versa, it hurts like I just gave birth, or I have to stand there for a moment until the pain and sensation subside. What is going on??

I really appreciate your concern, two possibilities are there one is dysmenorrhea and second is IUD as long as the dysmenorrhea is concern it can be managed with "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" three times in day, for the IUD this need to be examined for proper placement, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
