Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Woke at 5am with the pressure of having to urinate. When I stood up the pain hit me like a knife through my vagina. It was hard to urinate but the pain persisted. After urinating the pain again felt like a knife. It moved through my vagina to my lower stomach/ovaries! I have a spinal degenerative disease and am bedridden most of the tims. (Only walk to bathroom and kitchen) The pain is still there and the urge to urinate is extremely pinful. Pain is worse now than at 5am! No pain through kidney area. All is in vagina and lower stomach/vagina. Has become very painful just to adjust myself in bed! I take MSContin 60 every 12 hours and oxycodone 30 for breakthrough pain and muscle relaxer 3x a day. All meds are for spine and nerve damage! These meds are not helping this condition. Note: The advertisement to your site said it was free! If I had any money I would have gone to a doctor. Thanks for nothing!
I think you should do a vaginal smear and urine sample to check for possible infections. Also, an ultrasound may be needed. You can upload the results of them to me to give you a better opinion.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
