Suggest Treatment For Severe Vertigo And Loss Of Hearing

Hi, I'm 57 years old female and have arthritis (moderate) in my neck. Because of the arthritis I tend to keep my neck in a forward facing position and try not to turn to the side.
I have previously had vertigo for short periods, occasionally, but today my head is really, really spinning and I feel nauseated (no vomiting). I have also noticed some hearing loss particularly in my (L) ear over the last month or so.
Have I caused vertigo by not exercising my neck? How do I stop it? Thank you for reading this any help is greatly appreciated.
