I have had a serious bout of vertigo out of no where that lasted 1 year. It was violent. It was followed by right ear hearing loss that slowly returned after 1 year. I have about 50 percent hearing right ear. All was right side. Since that day...it started with what i guess was right side migrain so strong i fell to knees. At the er they did ct. No bleed. Dx viral infection . I recieved series of inner ear injections. No change. Here i am today. Ct scan of spine shows severe spinal stenosis. Now legs hurt and throb. Whooshing in head like pulsating when first standing up. Just getting up out of car it does it. Last less than a minute. What is happeneing to me?
