Suggest Treatment For Severe Vomiting, Anxiety And Dehydration
I have had some issues with severe vomiting, anxiety and dehydration. ER diagnosed gastritis. Can be treated with a daily Rx before any food or drink. What causes gastritis? I understand it is excess acid in the stomach that isn t expelled and sort of attacks the stomach leading to the vomiting. I am not sure I have another question except what other causes ? I have also heard it s like heart burn although do not suffer from this. Thank you

I really appreciate your concern, the main reason of gastritis is hyperacidity some this may be associated with infection, condition can be managed with PPI (Proton pump Inhibitor) antibiotic may be tried on tentative basis following are the drugs
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day for three weeks
2) Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day for three weeks
3) Tab Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid twice in day for five days
