Suggest Treatment For Severe Vomiting, Fatigue, Hot Flashes And Increased Sensitivity To Cold

Hi My 18 year old has been vomiting since 5 am this morning. All the food is gone. Now the vomit is liquid in a greenish blackish appearance. He is hot and cold and very tired. Awakes when he needs to vomit. He is drinking water and now provided 2 bottles of gatorade. What else can I do?
